Performance content at scale.

MentorMind produces high-volume short-form content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. You will edit clips that are built to perform — not just look good.

You understand that retention beats aesthetics. You study what works, you obsess over hooks and pacing, and you iterate fast without ego. You work with AI tools to accelerate output and deliver consistently at volume.

Retention > aesthetics.
Distribution is the metric.
What You'll Do

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Edit short-form clips (15-60 seconds) for multiple platforms
  • Create high-retention hooks that stop the scroll
  • Optimize pacing and tension throughout each clip
  • Add clean captions — premium style, not over-designed
  • Test variations to improve performance metrics
  • Work with AI tools for speed and consistency
  • Deliver consistently at volume without quality drops
