Performance Coach & Client Success Lead

This is not a support role. This is a performance leadership position for someone who drives clarity, structure, and momentum for ambitious clients.

We are looking for a high-level operator who can understand complex frameworks quickly, translate strategy into execution, identify friction points, increase implementation speed, and ensure clients extract the full value of what they have invested in.

You will work closely with ambitious digital entrepreneurs who are scaling knowledge businesses. Your role is to ensure results move forward.

You are not "checking in."
You are optimizing performance.
What You'll Actually Do

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Run structured performance calls with clients
  • Track client progress and execution against clear milestones
  • Identify bottlenecks in offers, funnels, messaging, or positioning
  • Apply MentorMind frameworks consistently and with precision
  • Create clarity using AI tools and internal systems
  • Build small resources or summaries when needed to support progress
  • Ensure high-ticket clients stay in momentum at all times
  • Elevate overall client outcomes and satisfaction

Compensation
From 5 000 €/mo
+ performance bonuses tied to client outcomes
